I've worked across portfolios from 100 to 4,500+ properties, and one thing's stayed true at every size: most operators aren't lost because they lack data, they're lost because no one's helped them turn it into a plan.

I hold the CRME through HSMAI, the premier credential in hospitality revenue management, along with the CRMA, a CAPM from PMI, and a Google Analytics Professional certification. I'm also an active member of RevProf, which keeps me connected to what's actually working across the industry beyond any single portfolio. On top of that, I've trained over a dozen analysts from the ground up.

There's another part of this work I genuinely love: taking data that feels overwhelming and turning it into something that actually lands. A visual that makes the pattern obvious at a glance. A summary your owners can read in five minutes and walk away from feeling informed instead of buried. Good data communication is part of good revenue management, and it's something I put real care into.
